Scan Drop Page

Scan Drop Pages (SDP) are available to be customised to suit the businesses needs, Space on the SDP can be used for advertising other businesses. Advertising on the SDP is only completed under the guidance of the sites Management and only available through Winters Edge Networks. Commissions for sites with advertising is available, contact our office to find out more.

Data Location

All supplied SDP and included images and text are hosted by Redfox Corporation in Mackay QLD Australia.

Data Ownership

Text and Images for the content pages are to be supplied by the site management, and are responsible for obtaining permission where required.

Campaign Data is kept on WEN service for a minimum of 24 months past cancellation date and available in reports upon request.

Client Supplied Images and text are used for the intention of the campaign and can be compressed to suit publishing requirements. The client is required to keep a back up of all supplied images to Winters Edge Networks for redundancy purposes.

Print Ready Files will be provided in PNG, JPG and PDF formats with free use for print, online or onscreen marketing.

Cancellation

Cancellation is required by email, and will be confirmed by email when completed. The supplied QR code will cease to display the sites content once a cancellation is finalised. There is no restoring information once a cancellation has been completed. Suspensions are available and recommended to allow the reuse of any printed signage in the future.
